Hydroliner, LLC is the exclusive licensee for the manufacture and distribution of Ultraliner PVC Alloy Pipeliner. 

Ultraliner PVC Alloy Pipeliner went to market in 1994 after an extensive period of thorough product development. Hydroliner's product development partnership with its material suppliers resulted in a unique PVC Alloy material with enhanced properties which have been specifically engineered for use in trenchless applications. The appropriate engineering of the material for the application (rather than forcing an existing material to conform with the application) has resulted in a much wider window of installability for Ultraliner PVC Alloy Pipeliner.

After more than three years and millions of dollars in research and development costs, including extensive field trials, Ultraliner PVC Alloy Pipeliner made it's debut at the Chicago WEFTEC show in October 1994. As a result of our efforts to create a product which consistently performs and because of our commitment to not market or sell the product prior to full development, Ultraliner has an exceptional (even unparalleled) history of customer satisfaction. Approximately 2 million feet of Ultraliner PVC Alloy pipeliners have been installed across North America.
